"Not quite the relaxing soak I expected"
I really wanted to love this, but it just wasn’t as comfy as I hoped. The jets felt weak, and after sitting in it for a while, the seat started to hurt. Isn’t the whole point to feel relaxed and comfortable?
"Helpful support, just a little slow at times"
I had a couple questions before ordering from hotspringspool.com, and their support team was actually helpful. They explained what I needed to know clearly and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them or anything.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that one reply took longer than I expected. Not a big deal, but I was kind of waiting around like, okay, should I check back later? It got sorted out though.
Overall, it was a good experience. The staff seemed friendly, the answers made sense, and I’d probably use them again if I needed something else
"Not worth it for warranty"
I ended up paying way more than I thought I would, and when I actually needed help, the warranty didn’t feel useful at all. There were bunch of small extra costs that nobody really explained upfront. For the amount of money I spent, I don’t feel satisfied with it.

I bought this from hotspringspool.com and, yeah, I’m disappointed. At first I was hoping it would be decent, especially for the price, but after just a few weeks the material started feeling kind of cheap and worn down. Then a few parts began showing wear way sooner than I expected, which was frustrating because it wasn’t like it was being used unusually hard or anything. Just normal use, nothing crazy. I kept thinking maybe it was just me noticing little things, but no, it really just doesn’t seem very durable. For what it cost, I definitely expected it to last better than it did.

"I ordered from Glenwood Hot Springs Resort..."
I ordered from Glenwood Hot Springs Resort, and the delivery ended up taking way longer than I was originally told. I kept having to call for updates, and even then, it felt like nobody really knew what was going on, or at least nobody could give me a straight answer.
When it finally showed up, the install crew seemed rushed and not all that prepared. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but they left packaging around and I had to ask a few basic questions that I feel like they probably should’ve explained without me bringing it up.
For what I paid, the whole thing was more stressful than I expected. I’m not saying everything was terrible, but I’m fairly sure I wouldn’t use them again

"Kind of a hassle to use 😕"
It’s just a bit too much effort to keep up with. Using it feels harder than it should, and the maintenance gets annoying fast 🙃
